DESCRIPTION:[FORMATION] Gérer les relations entre salariés et bénévoles dans nos associations : une proposition de l’URFR Occitanie \nDans le cadre du programme de formations FDVA et de la rencontre annuelle des salariés des Fédérations Départementales\, l’URFR Occitanie propose une formation à destination des élu·es et salarié·es du réseau Foyers Ruraux. \nCette initiative fait suite aux échanges de la rencontre des salariés du 28 juin 2024\, au cours de laquelle a été retenue une thématique forte et porteuse de sens pour 2025 :« Gérer les relations salariés/bénévoles dans son association » \nCette formation vise à renforcer la coopération et la compréhension mutuelle entre les acteurs essentiels de la vie associative. Elle s’articule autour de quatre objectifs principaux : \n\n\nClarifier les rôles et responsabilités de chacun pour un fonctionnement plus fluide et complémentaire. \n\n\nAméliorer la communication pour faciliter les échanges\, les retours constructifs et le soutien mutuel. \n\n\nPrévenir et gérer les conflits potentiels avec des outils adaptés. \n\n\nValoriser les contributions des bénévoles comme des salarié·es afin de renforcer le sentiment d’appartenance et la motivation de tous.

DESCRIPTION:Ateliers Numériques Séniors  \nLe Fablab l’Alternateur de Saint André de Sangonis vous propose le projet “Découverte et Créativité Numérique pour les Retraités de la Vallée de l’Hérault”\, appuyé de l’ Union Départementale des Foyers Ruraux et Associations de l’ Hérault (UDFRA) et de son réseau. \nCelui-ci vise à réduire la fracture numérique en initiant les retraités de plus de 60 ans résidant dans les communes rurales de la Vallée de l’Hérault\, notamment Saint André de Sangonis\, Bélarga\, Saint-Pargoire\, Tressan\, Gignac et Aniane\, aux outils et technologies numériques innovants. \nChaque personne inscrite participera à 6 séances d’animations collectives de 2 heures à raison d’une fois par semaine. \nLes ateliers proposés sont les suivants:\n* Atelier de découverte de l’Intelligence Artificielle Générative (animé par l’Association Culture numérique Occitanie).\n* Atelier de découverte de la Réalité Virtuelle (animé par l’Association Culture numérique Occitanie).\n* Atelier de découverte des Imprimantes 3D (animé par l’animateur du Fablab).\n* Atelier de découverte des Découpeuses Laser (animé par l’animateur du Fablab).\n* Deux Ateliers de Projets Créatifs avec les Outils du Fablab (animés par l’animateur du Fablab). \nUne réunion d’information se tiendra le mardi 20 mai à 14h30 à la salle des fêtes de Bélarga.\nSi ces ateliers vous intéressent\, nous vous invitons à vous inscrire en mairie au plus vite.
